Not on its own but this is going to be awfully close. Even if Biden hangs on it’s hard to justify Fox and AP “calling” Arizona at this point.

538 wrote a bit today on the reluctance of networks to call...essentially boils down to not wanting to call a state that is still within automatic recount range. Once Biden gets beyond 0.5% in PA it’ll likely be called.

Biden up by 30 000 now in Penn. Just over 0.5% but they're not going to call it just yet. He won 85% of the roughly 3000 ballots that came in. Again...it's over, just call it.
Edit: never mind!!!! Biden is declared the winner by CNN!!!
