So, just checked the rain out line and it says that all Optimist Fields are all closed.

Well, they updated after 11:30AM. The hotline says they update at 9AM on weekend, so I went by that.
I have made other plans already, I will try to make it, but not 100% sure I will be there.

Calgary weather is pretty changeable. I was very suprised when I heard cancel, considering the conditions outside. Was a very early decision.

Weather still holding here.
For future notice, the weekend 0900 phone line is set up for the 0930 soccer and other sports. Don't let that call dictate your plans. Of course it can be wet and crappy at 0900, but not bad even great at 1800.
These games should be a go, we have had only traces of rain all day here.
As usual is can be a game time decision of the umpire but there is no reason he would call it off at present.
I do not have a spare yet, just like last week I wish I told her yes on Saturday. Oh well.
