Where do you think a next showcase game could be? Saskatoon or Regina would be logical; Niagara Falls would be interesting, there's a metro population of almost half a mil in that area.
Would be fun to do a showcase CPL game in Edmonton, with the Cavs vs. Forge, just to show what championship CPL teams look like and annoy the piss out of locals.
I feel bad for Valor, who get no games broadcast by TSN this spring.
I worry about that franchise.
There was originally one home in June when the published their expanded list, but TSN has since taken that game down. An empty CFL stadium definitely is not the look they want to showcase the league, so priority is (rightly) on stadia that look full.
I suspect Valour is stable enough based on their public financials showing *only* about a $1m loss without factoring in any CSB money.
Would like to see them string together a few solid seasons to build that fan base though.

Wish Valour had a smaller stadium to play in; half of the Cavs' success is because of the crazy intimate atmosphere where home AND opposing players want to be, and I've heard this directly from the players.
