If that number is anywhere close to accurate, it doesn't paint a very rosy picture for visible minorities in the US. America is 72% white, so that means 91.3% of police killings involve minority groups that represent only 28% of the population.

Just re-read your post and noted that it was 8.7% involving white
males, not all whites. That means the percentage will be slightly off, but I don't imagine white females make up a very large number of police killings, so it's likely still pretty close.
