I don't understand that. It's not like there's any doubt they did what they did.
Think the natives blocking the pipeline will be found not guilty too?

Guy creates fake news site to parody alt-right sites, instead fake stories end up on Fox news and elsewhere.

I wonder how much of this kind of thing intentionally goes on. It feels like more than half of the 'news' I see when lurking Trump supporters' tweets are referencing completely made up stuff.

That's how ####ed up the legal system is down here. People complain about Clinton's emails, which was a very complex situation requiring massive analysis to determine who did what. This was standoff was something black and white. The public got to watch as it played out. But all it takes is one jurist to dig in and hang the jury. The judge should have taken the decision away from the jury after they were forced to go to an alternate. This was as obvious as situation as you get. All this will do is encourage more whack jobs to do the same.

Allred has a press conference with Temple Taggart, former Miss Utah who alleged back in May that Trump kissed her on the lips without consent.
The press release references "standing up to Trump's threat". Now, it could be just her giving a more detailed account or something like that. But it also could be that this is where Taggart launches a defamation suit at Trump for calling her a liar. (This was Allred's approach with Cosby and it was speculated from the outset that this was Allred's plan with Trump as well... in suing someone for defamation, that gets around the statute of limitations that would otherwise apply; as with Cosby, it's discovery that can be particularly damaging.)

Wonder what Trump and company have to say about the FBI now.

I think it was last night (Oct. 27th). Allred was on MSNBC and said it would be her pleasure to depose Trump.
Dershowitz was on a CNN panel, and said no lawyer would advise Trump to file claims against the 12 accusers. He also said the Dems should nominate an ethnic minority for the Supreme Court, and watch the Republicans squirm.
Trying to find video links . . .

I would doubt that this investigation would turn up anything in the next two weeks that would change the result.
Is this a matter of the FBI doing its own vetting of the future president (Cause lets be honest she's the future president)
Would the first challenge of Clinton if she wins to be to shut down an investigation of herself?

It doesn't matter if anything happens, it's all about semantics and this looks bad. 11 days out this is a big boost to Trump, more meaningful than any of the Wikileaks stuff.

Yup, the headline does all the damage regardless of what they find.

Yeah, agreed on that. It'll be really interesting to hear how these additional emails came to light, but the original Comey announcement was the only thing this cycle that really hurt Clinton in any significant way.

Agreed. This is bad news for Clinton, especially in the eyes of voters. Buckle up, folks. This thing might end up being a lot closer than any of us expected.

If Hillary's campaign does have the N-word tape I imagine it's coming down sometime soon. Probably still won't be enough to distract though. I would say Trump's odds just doubled today.

This is a really concerning development, the optics are absolutely terrible for Hillary, regardless of the results of the probe.

The method of it really makes it look partisan too. A press briefing and Comey can answer questions and put it in the proper perspective. Tossing a grenade of a letter into the lake just feels irresponsible.

But it's Trump so let's see how quickly he can #### this gift up.

I don't see how more email stuff improves Trump's standing with women and minorities, and unless he closes that gap he's cooked.
