You said the Flames are being pushed around by the stanley cup champs who dont need muscle to win...
Guy is maybe the biggest goon in the league...who did you want the Flames to add to take him on? Had we signed a guy like that this whole place would be losing it.

I don't see the issue with the way Reaves is playing and I cannot see the issue with the Tkachuk hit. Thought it was clean and don't see how it deserved a penalty unless it came after in a scrum. I also think the game has been pretty entertaining, much better 2nd period from the Flames. They still strike me as way to passive but overall not a bad game. Turn it up one more notch in the 3rd and take it to a tired team.

They are slumping but when you give up as many scoring chances and goals as they do it's not realistic to expect they can score their way out of trouble every night.

Don't need muscle is me making a point about how soft this team is. The Pens are the favourites to bring up when muscle talk starts. They win without muscle. If they are so soft then why are they bullying the flames like that?
Reaves has been doing this since his first shift. Jump him? Yes, you don't let teams come to your barn to bully you. Flames are too soft.
