I am not regretting not buying into the towers right beside it. It would have been so handy just to walk over and hit a few balls after work.

Do they actually have a driving range there? I remember just hitting into a net about 20 yards away.

Here are all the Costco deals this week.

I saw a sign for $5 Subway subs in Calgary today when I was in Riverbend. Looks like the deal is for Calgary.

$5 footlongs are only for certain subs (ie veggie, ham, meatball, pizza)
all other subs are more than $5
edit: i've been at subway twice this week, and there were no signs for the "februANY" deal

Not the same thing.
$5 Subs is an ongoing thing but it is for a select few, mostly crappy subs like Veggie. This deal is for any sub the entire month.

While the meatball sub might be pretty solid tasting, it's probably one of the worst fast food items you can order....anywhere. A footlong has roughly 1300 calories (incl cheese) and as if that wasn't bad enough, there's 2600mg of sodium or 108% of a healthly daily sodium intake.
Stay away from them.

The Pizza sub is my favourite too.
After some further investigation, turns out the FebruANY (Any sub for $5) deal is only valid in the US. We Canadians get screwed again and only get the $5 for 1 of 5 Classic Sandwiches. My bad. I originally read that the FebruANY deal was valid in Canada and US and heard reports of Canadians getting this deal.
