Can Fink sign with any team he chooses if he goes undrafted? Or is there a rule that prevents teams from signing undrafted players that are a certain age?

He is an NCAA player next season, unless a team wants to pay him to be a pro he will likely re enter the draft next year.

It's funny that we saw so much hand wringing recently about players wanting out of Calgary and people saying they should focus on Western Canadian kids.
Not one Western Canadian kid in the bunch and only one Canadian at all.
I never thought I'd see the day the Flames drafted more Russians than Canadians.
