Her conversation with Sansa seemed awkward but I think that was the point. Jorah promoted her to calm the arrogance a little bit and she "tried"...but she really wants the 7 kingdoms and not an ounce less.
Dany doesn’t have much range - how much is character vs actor is hard to tell. I find Sansa even worse - she has the emotional range of a turnip. Except the reunion with Theon, that was nice.
I doubt women are different than men in sensing these things.
It's predominantly female fans who engage in shipping. If this thread was in a forum with a mostly female audience, half the posts would be speculation about who is going to (or should) sleep with who. It's likely for the same reason that - hold onto your hat - the audience for romance novels is 85 per cent female.

Women are the main audience for all this shipping stuff. There are whole layers of drama going on in these shows that most guys are oblivious to. For instance, I've learned there's a ferocious online war between fans who have always wanted a Dany + Jon hookup and those who wanted Sansa + Jon. Who knew?
Nah, I don't think it's gender related. I saw the awkward tension there, and the foreshadowing of Stark/Baratheon, but I didn't think Arya's character arc would include that kind of ravenous sex at any point, much less with Gendry.
With time to reflect, I think that just adds to the weight of next week.

What's interesting is that despite being one of the worst actors in the series she's probably landed the largest movie roles in big budget movies such as the last Terminator and Solo.
She's an extremely hot property as a result in a being in one of the biggest shows on the planet. Her looks also don't hurt. Sophie Turner is kind of the same, but lets be honest, how many famous young redheaded actresses are there right now to play Jean Grey. It's a pretty limited selection.
We already saw how the Night King was created. From the GoT wiki:
Spoiler!
Before he became a White Walker, the Night King was a First Man that was captured by Children of the Forest, Leaf among them. Leaf pressed a dragonglass dagger into his chest, causing his eyes to turn blue and turning him into the first of the White Walkers. The Children of the Forest created the White Walkers to defend themselves when Westeros was invaded by the First Men, who were cutting their sacred trees and slaughtering them
But we don't know specifically who he is. Random man or significant figure from one of the families.

I thought she was essentially playing Dany in Solo.
Have the white walkers steamroll everyone in episode 3, and then end the show. The other scheduled episodes were just to throw us for the big twist of the series ending S08E03.
... oh and the Iron Throne is on a poll (because Russo).

This is by design. Go watch the episodes from the first few seasons. Her time with Joffrey and the Bolton's have completely and utterly broken her. She's hard AF.

How I feel this series is going to end. This is entirely my thoughts based off watching this show probably about 15 times and is an outright guess. There are no other people online who have said this as far as I know, so I'm just spitballing my thoughts.
They lose the battle of winterfell, but some people escape. Both sides take heavy losses.
Those important people (jon/dany etc) flee south and try to team up/regroup with Cersei to defend kings landing.
Night King and the dead march into king's landing, almost reaching the throne room. When they set off the wildfire and burn them all.
The last episode is basically a tying up of the loose ends with whomever is left. The living prevail but at an absurd cost, where almost everything and everyone is destroyed.

Maybe it's just me, but I like her as an actress. Yes, she's gorgeous, but I like the characters she plays in the movies and roles she's been in. Just my 2 cents.
She's definitely good looking, but not gorgeous. A major issue with the Dany character is that she has an accent and cadence of speaking. Clarke just cannot do the speech consistently, and it pulls her out of the character every time she makes a misstep.

This seems quite reasonable. It won’t be a happy ending but I don’t see the final scene being the Night King sitting on the Iron Throne, cool as that would be.
I don’t think we see any major surprises except a lot of deaths. Although I’m not ruling out some crazy Bran time travel twist.

Yup. I like this too, especially, as the Starks like to say, Winter Is Coming. You beat the Night King...and still have Winter to deal with. Which could last for who knows how many years, and who knows how far South of the Wall the winter will push. Could end up with everyone remaining shoved down into House Martell lands, or even off the continent altogether.
Which could also be an interesting ending...Everyone left has to immigrate over to Braavos.
