They watch video of their opponents all the time looking for tendencies and weaknesses. Bianca also saw Townsend in the first week of the tourney albeit in a doubles match so she has an idea about what to look for tonight.

As much as it's fun watching Bianca try to literally disintegrate the tennis ball every time she hits it, she should probably take a bit off of some of these shots. Not everything has to be a winner. There were two near misses there that were smoked, but out by a foot or so. That could've been the difference there for a break.

The last couple of points in that break were what I was talking about. She wasn't smashing the ball, just hitting it solidly. Still puts pressure on her opponent but much more in control.
EDIT: Some dumb #### yells out during Bianca's service motion, further demonstrating how awful this crowd is. They have to throw these people out.
