Not sure I see Conroy being generous to the Canucks here, especially considering the Flames are in a better draft position to get the twins.

I think there's 3 teams that could realistically get both: CGY, VAN and STL. All 3 have a pick in the 20s with which to make the first move. As it stands right now, those are: CGY-VGS (19), VAN-MIN (28) and STL-DET (24). STL also has the COL (32) pick.
Obviously those draft numbers are in flux, and it will matter where they fall. IMO, whoever has the earliest of the picks is in the driver's seat and can take the first twin. Once secured, then it's just a matter of finding a trading partner to get the 2nd one.
So it all depends on VGS not winning the division, and not getting to the conference final. So we're routing for the Ducks now.
