It'll suck at first but eventually you'll realize you're better off without her and that she's another guy's problem now. She obviously doesn't have the same loyalty and respect for you that you have for her and you deserve alot better

It was just good to make it as clean a break as possible. Looking back, all the flaws are so obvious. She used sex to get her way, which was why I was with her in the first place, but was actually unable to commit beyond that.
On the one hand, it's like "live and learn," but jeez, I wasted a lot of time on this bitch.

I was holding her phone for her and she got a text message from this guy. I was a guy whose name I didn't recognize so on a sort of suspicious vibe, I opened the message and got both barrels. My first instinct was to whip the phone as hard as I could against the sidewalk. So at least she's out a phone, but best not to get too tied up in pettiness.

I feel your pain man I broke up with my girl of 5 years a few months ago. To be honest im doing a lot better but it sure was rough at the start but it is getting better as the days pass. There sure are still bad days though. Id like to say ive been a manwhore but I found it tough after being with the same girl for so long. I found out most of my "friends" wanted to bang her so needless to say im also out a few friends.
Lately ive been hitting the clubs, going to the gym hangin out with my few good friends but some of them are now in relationships and I find myself being the third wheel a lot but I guess it will remain that way untill I find another.

That's exactly how I feel too. And I didn't even get to date her. She just used the possibility of us dating to string me along for 2 1/2 years. And the ironic thing is I'm pretty sure the ex of the dweeb she's with now was trying to get my attention one night. But I was so strung up on her that I ignored her.

This is an absolutely amazing idea.
As for the OP's situation. It without question sucks, but if she can't do long distance then she doesn't deserve to be with you. I've had a girl sneak around behind my back and it sucked. However, the girl I'm currently with is so much better than any other girl I've met. It might not seem like you'll be able to move on, or meet another girl like the one you just lost. In all honesty you won't meet another girl like the one you had, but you will meet someone better.
I once had a friend of mine tell me if you're waiting for a 12 out of 10, then fine. You deserve someone that great. I'd dare say I found her.
On a side note, I wish I kept as much composure on my CP "she's gone" thread as you have. So worry not, you'll be fine, it'll take time. And social programs, lots and lots of government social programs.
