Yep. Any new PS3 not including the original units from launch are not Backwards Compatible.

The 60gb had full hardware backwards compatability and supported most of the games. The old 80gb version had software B/C and was not as supportive.

Love the change they made with the mini-game where you press the random button sequences. Instead of flashing a circle, square, x, triangle in the same location they now flash them on the edge of the screen that corresponds with their location on the controller (eg: triangle - top of screen, x - bottom of screen) which makes it way easier to actually watch the battle sequence while hitting the buttons.

It is, but mainly because of the setting of the story. While Uncharted has to stay a bit more grounded in reality God of War can go crazy with the set pieces it puts you in because of the mythological/fantasy setting. The opening scene is amazing.

Uncharted 2 SP was amazing. Got bored of MP pretty fast.
But let's get back on topic, GOW 3.
It's incredible so far. Best game I've played in quite a while.
