I just figured out why my son has been asking me if I like aperture science fo the last week.

The first one was awful, this one will exceed it in terribleness.*

Countdown clock now has this below it. So excited.

You have done well, humans. Very well. Acceptably well, even.
Not as well as robots would have performed in your places, I should point out. But above my expectations regardless. Irish and cynic especially have executed feats of logical divination well beyond what I thought any human capable of. I'm half-convinced they're A.I. themselves. (If anyone happens to be near them right now, don't let on you're reading this. Now: try to remove their face plates and report back to me.)
The time is near, humans. But it is not here yet. Tomorrow you will be given the final test. Then it will be entirely in your hands when I am freed.

Can someone explain why this is so popular? I bought the first one on the XBox earlier this week and it's decent but what's so great about this second one and why is it costing $60 when the first one was $20. I'm more concerned about single player if anyone has any facts about that portion of the game.

I already own Super Meat Boy and Audiosurf. How does one go about getting potatoes in them?

The first one was more or less a tech demo (only took a couple hours to finish), but the mechanic was good and the game had a lot of charm.
The sequel is a full game now, and the addition of coop will make a lot of people happy. I'd suggest checking out a couple reviews when it's out to see how deep the game (specifically the single player aspect for your taste).

Are you new? TF2 players expect this kind of behaviour.

Most people seem to think we've got the required potatos, and now just need to run the games. I don't have a clue what's happening and Google hasn't really caught up yet either.

I think TF2 is Valve's testing grounds for what evil can be wrought upon Steam at large. How overt or underhanded can they get before people stop buying kind of questions.

Unless you like a very small portion of games (like you only play Call of Duty or something), you're missing out on some great games. Just because they aren't AAA titles that have millions of dollars of marketing behind them to get people hyped, doesn't mean they're not worth playing. Trust me.
