I think what he did is depraved and disgusting but do you honestly think he's going to go to prison? Not likely as animals are treated like property in respect to legal matters.
Laws are becoming tougher and tougher on this all the time. Depends on the local laws, but it is possible.

Yeah, I don't get why he beckons the poor doggy back just to kick it again. Pretty sick. Definitely getting off on it. Not just kicking it out of frustration or cause he lost his cool. Which is also despicable, but not along the same lines as ''torture''.
The poor thing is soooo scared, and rightfully so. It breaks my heart to watch the poor thing get abused like this. It wants to be loved, when he calls the dog it tail is wagging and then he just boots it again. Poor dog.

Watched the leaving the shelter video but not the abuse, I cannot handle that. Most on here know how I feel about animals and I am glad I was not there to witness that in person because that guy would be a vegetable when I got done with him.

That made me sick. First he kicks the dog to the corner, then the dog is wimpering and cowering in the corner, than this heartless piece of garbage calls him over, the dog gets excited, jumps on his leg, the guy pets his head, then kicks him right back to the corner again.
Really, people like this should just be lined up and shot. It may only be a dog in the video, which sucks, but I'm going to guess he beats his GF, is an all around a-hole everywhere else, etc. (like you guys mentioned). This world needs good people, not these pumped up d-bags.
That is one disgusting excuse for a human being. I hope the girl takes out a restraining order against him or she gives the dog up. He probably won't even get any jail time. I am passionate about animals and this just increases my reasoning why I am sometimes not so keen on people. Very, very sad.
Its to bad these guys didn't happen upon the elevator and all of a sudden the camera footage magically disappears.

I'd sooooooo love to meet that guy in a dark alley... Shove a dog bone up is a$$... Guys like that have no business sharing this earth with me... Wow! A single gunshot wound and let him bleed out would be proper justice
What a strange video, due to the fact he calls the dog over and pets it.
My guess: Guy is infuriated at his GF for some reason. So kicks the dog. Calls dog over to pet it, is taken by rage at GF again, and again takes it out on her dog.
One of the most messed up things I've ever seen! This guy need mental help, as it has future wife killer written all over it
The video shows Beniuk along with at least two other people walking along a bridge. Beniuk holds a small dog in his arms, laughing. When the three men stop towards the middle of the bridge, Beniuk throws the dog over the side of the bridge.
The dog lands far below, and it can be heard whimpering. According to an email from PETA, the dog survived the fall, and it currently recuperating at veternarians office.
That's it! No more "Rehabilitation" or "Mental Stabilization"... Just shoot these guys in the head... Clear out the prisons a little with some bullets... Clean up our streets a little too with those bullets... Sickening that these guys and the guys filming this get to walk the earth!
I'm glad I didn't click the link. One of my dogs was abused before we rescued him - it took about a year before he got his confidence back, but he's still not totally "normal" around some men.
Some people are just pretty messed up.
I wish I had done the same and not looked and now I'm sad.
