It says in the article that it belongs to his girlfriend.
He was probably choked about having to pause his snuff porn for a few minutes to take the dog out to do its business.

God damn that made me mad. He calls the dog to him and then when the dog listens and is looking for some love he kicks it again.
I'm sure he'll get off lighter than he should.

I'm glad I didn't click the link. One of my dogs was abused before we rescued him - it took about a year before he got his confidence back, but he's still not totally "normal" around some men.
Some people are just pretty messed up.

I think what he did is depraved and disgusting but do you honestly think he's going to go to prison? Not likely as animals are treated like property in respect to legal matters.
