Kontroll (Czech Republic)
Batman Begins
Fight Club
LOTR (x3)
Lost in Translation
Ikigami (Japan)
Ichi the Killer (Japan)
And the number one...
SUPER TROOPERS! Gawd dang I can't stop watching it. The only laugh-out-loud riot better than this would be Con Air, but that's 12 years old, and thus disqualified.

So many good movies made in 1999 that I can't include: fight club, american beauty, lock stock, etc.
I love movies so this is going to be very difficult for me... but here goes, in no particular order:
LOTR Trilogy: I absolutely loved these movies and try to regularly watch them... can't wait until we get them on Blu-ray.
V for Vendetta: Possibly one of my favourite movies ever. Everything about it, i love. Fantastic movie.
The Hangover: Funniest movie I have seen this decade.
Wedding Crashers: Second funniest movie I have seen this decade... loved Vince Vaughn in this one!
Gladiator: Great movie overall. The action and acting were both top notch IMO.
The Dark Knight: One of the more compelling movie experiences I have had in a long time. Heath Ledger as The Joker is the best villain I have ever seen.
Star Trek: The franchise I have always loved makes a huge splash in its return from obscurity! Love the new cast, love what Abrams has done with the universe so far... looking forward to more. Saw this one in the theaters SIX times... enjoyed it immensely each time.
Serenity: I absolutely loved Firefly. One of my favourite series ever... and I am so sad to this day that it was only 15 episodes long! Serenity was a miracle of a movie. How does a series that was canceled half way through its first season get a movie made? A huge groundswell of support. The movie was fantastic and a treat for Firefly fans everywhere who were looking for a little closure.
No Country For Old Men: One of those movies that just grabbed my attention. It is mysterious and compelling and fantastically acted.
Shaun Of The Dead: For a huge Simon Pegg fan, this was the movie that introduced me. Simply hilarious and a movie that has provided me with quotes to last for years. One of the best in Zombie-Comedy.
Honourable mention:
Zombieland, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Accepted, Bourne Trilogy, Reign Over Me, Stranger Than Fiction, Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse Of The Black Pearl, Live Free Die Hard, Kingdom of Heaven: Director's Cut, Into the Wild.

5. Zodiac-I truly believe this is one of the most underrated movies of all time. Nobody gives this flick any credit. Fincher's best work since Seven was intense, sad and frightening.
Would take awhile to come up with a top 10 but Zodiac would definitely be on it, easily the most underrated movie of the past 5 years.
If its ever on one of the movie channels, no matter at what point in the movie it is, I am hooked on it until the end. Ruffalo and Gyllenhaal are both fantastic in it.
Wasn't sold on Zodiac the first time - keen to give it another spin now. Been reminded of lots of favorites via this thread: stuff like Lost in Translation, 3:10 to Yuma, Star Trek, Shaun of the Dead.... also Master and Commander: thought this was a great flick, which was overshadowed by LOTR at the time as i recall.
Bourne Trilogy
The Departed
Ocean's 11
Snatch
Casino Royal
Iron Man
Batman Begins
Dark Knight
Spiderman 1 and 2
District 9
Gladiator
Starsky and Hutch
Old School
Wedding Crashers
Im sure Im leaving quite a few off. I like a lot of movies
Not many good movies made if you ask me but here's a short of list of ones I would watch more than once!
Love Actually
Mama Mia
Slumdog Millionaire
Knocked Up
A Beautiful Mind
August Rush
Reservoir Dogs
Pulp Fiction
Phantom of the Opera
Fight Club

2. Batman Begins
4. Spiderman (seriously... fan when I was younger)
5. LOTR 3, 1, 2 in that order

7. V for Vendetta
8. Blood Diamond
(too many after that are in a group of 9 - 40)

I will strive to do a top 10. It's difficult because I haven't seen everything and at the same time it's difficult to remember all of your favorites of the last 10 years when trying to work something out like this in just a few minutes. Here goes!
10. Wedding Crashers...I laughed more at this movie the first time I watched it than any other I have ever seen.
9. Mr Brooks...Talk about underrated. If they had done just a bit better job casting (Demi Moore) I think the movie would've been praised a bit more. The dynamic between Mr. Brooks (Costner) and Marshall (Hurt) is brilliant stuff and translated beautifully to the screen. I like it more every time I watch it.
8. There Will Be Blood....Daniel Day-Lewis is quite simply, the greatest actor on the planet. His performance alone gets this movie in the top 10. I completely understand why some aren't enamored with it, but for me the combination of historical fiction and an epic performance raises this one over many more popular movies. The last 15 minutes may be the greatest bit of acting the world has ever seen.
7. The Assassination Of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford...Historically accurate, outstanding performace by Casey Affleck and gorgeous cinematography.
6. The Bourne Trilogy (cheating maybe!)...The first one really is great, but the other two are just as good. Some of the best action stuff in years too. Finally, great spy movies!
5. Almost Famous- What happened to you Billy Crudup??? This is one of my all time favorite movies. I never get sick of watching it. Great casting (PS Hoffman???) and believable original music that actually sounded like a 70's rock band. Thanks Cameron Crowe!
4. Brokeback Mountain- A nearly perfect film in my eyes, and I wasn't totally comfortable going into it. I was so impressed with Lee's storytelling and with Ledger's performance in particular.
3. Training Day - 122 minutes of pure awesome.
2. Shaun of the Dead...My first introduction to Simon Pegg and I have gobbled up every bit of him I can find since. Still my favorite of his filmwork. Hilarious stuff.
1. 3:10 to Yuma....best Western since Unforgiven. Ben Foster should've got an Oscar.

Depending on who you ask he is either blue and likes waving around his blue atomic dong, or J.Edger Hoover.

Tiny Dancer, two words, that strike a chord in the heart of every sensitive 32 year old man, a song that I dont think I'd ever heard, until I saw "Almost Famous"
most of the movies I would have listed have already been mentioned, but I will add Big Fish

Also, you can have your opinions. But my opinion is that Gladiator was a pile of garbage waste of my time movie. Mentioned in the top ten of this decade is pure rot.
