Nope. I like snow. I missed having a real winter where you can ski and play hockey outdoors. A little snow in the summer every once in a while is a small price to pay.
Of course, my people come from a tiny island where it rains 300 days out of the year and never really gets above 20.... so by comparison, Calgary really does have very nice weather.

Yep, been a horrible summer. Us storm chasers/enthusiasts have noticed a severe lack of storms this year. Most people I talk to think otherwise, but that's because the storms that have occurred have received media attention. This is especially true for Saskatchewan, who I believe have HALF of the hail damage claims they usually have at this time of the year.
The max temps this year have really been low.
The positive though is that I haven't watered my grass at all this year and it's nice and green.

I love days that are between 15 and 25. This has been a great summer and I hope next year is just like this one (although shifting a bit of this rain back to May/June for the farmers would be nice).

No kidding. Did the drive out there last week and I have to say the whole province has somewhat of a pre-apocalyptic feel to it right now. Smokey in the Okanagan-Shuswap area, massive pine beetle damage from Kamloops to Merritt, and dead -- more like, scorched -- lawns everywhere in the Vancouver area.

Rain in May & June would have been great, even Taber corn was almost a month delayed before it could be harvested.
14 mm in May
40 mm in June
70 mm in July......A little too late for farmers.

I am going to take the train off the tracks here for a second. Hopefully it finds it's way back.
Do you bowhunt? Rifle only? Both? I partake in both.

It's been nice for walking in the mountains . . . . . including last weekend when it was nicely cool in this spot . . . .
It was the snow in early June that was rattling.

Sweet picture, Cowperson.
What kind of camera do you use?
As for the weather... It has sucked this year for me personally (lack of rafting), but after the early frosts effed off, my garden has done pretty well... Except for the radishes and cucumbers (the self entitled prick-plants.) Thanks for effing everything up, jerks.
On a positive note, peas and tomatoes have been doing well.

I'd go on a killing spree if the weather was like that here during the summer

I would be in heaven if that was the weather. You would spend any free time in the pool. What's not to love about that?

You guys wouldn't be complaining about hot weather if you lived on a tropical beach where they served beer and there were dozens of girls in bikinis running around! Bring on Brazil, baby!

Me thinks they'll say it's to hot to do anything but if you get up in the mornings you've got all kinds of time to be active before it gets too hot!

Eff this summer sucks. Not enough hot weather and booty shorts!
This is what we get for having winter take a delayed start.

lows of 32! are you going to run around at 2 in the morning doing things instead of during the day when it is 37? i would sleep...oh wait, i wouldn't be able to sleep without mass a/c
37 is too hot, highs of 25 in the summer is great thanks.
as nice as it would be to have it like that all year round, you wouldn't appreciate as much and would be complaining when the temp dips to highs of 20 for a few weeks. that and there would be no hockey!
