I killed a lot of time at Average Joe's in my days there, but there are better things to do I'm sure.

I can also vouch for O-Sho's - they have pretty good sushi as I recall.

It's not the most exciting city in the world, but I met some great people there and have a lot of fond memories.

I once read that it has the highest number of Ph.D.'s per capita in Canada (between retirees and the University and College, I guess). It also has a large number of ultra-marathon runners, and the Lost Souls Ultramarathon in September (with courses of 50K, 100K and 100 miles) is very popular amongst runners. It is also gaining a reputation for indie music.

All in all, I'd say it's a great place to live, but I wouldn't want to visit there.

Go to O Sho's for sushi, then average joe's for drinks, top hat for fun and then hit up red dog diner for poutine before bed, your perfect lethbridge night

I live in Lethbridge and there are not alot of activites for young folks in general.
-Osho's is NOT the best Japanese restaurant, Lighthouse is (on 3rd Ave.)
-Red Dog Diner downtown has insane poutine and hotdogs
-Ric's Grill is cool to look at, food is overpriced though
-Race City Speedway just out of town has events every weekend I think
-Henderson Lake area is nice and there are alot of chicks rollerblading with skimpy outfits on
-Lots of decent golf courses in and around the city.
-Henderson Spitz baseball park is real nice, you can catch a Bulls game or the Spitz Elks. Really nice park.
-Go-carts/mini golf and par-3 course at Evergreen.
-you can come over to my place and we can go shoot some guns.

PS I am pissed that we dont have waterslides here!

The Bird of Prey Centre in Coaldale is pretty cool too. Or at least it was a hundred years ago.
