I think we're at a point now where there is clearly some interest. So now we just need to know if the mods are going to handle it or if we the people need to organize it ourselves. SO we play the waiting game

I'm not sure I like this idea. In a way, it cheapens the REAL awards which some posters (cough*me*cough) achieved through hard work and talent, as opposed to some kind of freak random chance or a popularity contest.

I think this awards thing could work- for prizes I just thought one of those cheesy certificates would do well enough.
