I love golf, still haven't been out this year but always up for a game.

Only problem is I am out of town from July to mid August. If the dates work out I am in.

There hasn't been a date set yet... just wanting to see if there is enough interest in this before continuing further.

If there is enough interest I will check on available dates and get back to everyone. Once we book a date with Heatherglen, we have 7 days to put a $400 or 15% deposit (which ever is greater) in order to hold that date.

Thats when it will start to get tricky as I really have no intention of pulling $400 out of my own pocket to book a date. So I would have to get deposit cheques from everyone (cheques made out to Heather Glen Golf Club) in order to hold the date.

Once we put a deposit down, we then have until 1 week before the tournament to pay the balance.

Option 3 is: "My preference is Option 2 but I will still opt for option 1 if we have more than 24 people "


Option 2 is: Golf only - no dinner or cart included or any other extras included (this option will be used only if we have less than 24 people interested). Cost is $51.50 for green fees. A power cart, if wanted, costs $30. GST is extra. There will be no dinner with prizes or anything else... just 4.5 hrs of golf.


Option 1 is: Golf c/w dinner ,cart, driving range, prizes, etc. Total Cost = $104 or $107 + GST

I don't see myself in Calgary this summer... if my some miracle I'm there, I'm defiantely in... however I doubt I will be.
