San Jose is 29th in remaining strength of schedule at .536, L.A. dead last. And they're both close behind the Oilers, whose SOS is right in the middle at .566.
I'm doing finger exercises to warm up so I can rub my hands in glee.
That would be absolutely amazing. If the oilers miss the playoffs this year I (the next time I’m forced to be in that dump) will go to that stupid furniture store / bar that mcdavids wife opened up, fart on a couch and walk out.

It would be absolutely glorious when they miss they playoff and their first is unprotected.
Also, when they miss this year, next year TDL, they'll trade their 2028 first and make 2027 first unprotected.

Why wait for a special occasion? Treat yourself!
