Patriots (60/40)
Bills (I am truly torn and change my mind constantly, I think its wildcard loss or SB visit for the Bills)
Steelers (can't pick against my boys)

Rams (only lock)
Niners (60/40)
Bears (60/40)

For those picking the Bills I'm curious as to your thoughts.
In this recent run by the Jags their run game hasn't exactly lit it up. It's been on the back of Trevor Lawrence and the passing game with Lawrence making some key runs to keep drives going.

Josh Allen is the best QB in the playoffs, and James Cook lead the league in rushing. Plus the Bills pass defence was actually quite good this year. Their injury list isn't as ugly as it's been at times this year.

I'm still on the fence here, but the Bills did play a harder schedule than the Jags did , and the two guys who have taken the Bills out of the last 5 years are washed now. So I can see why people are picking the Bills. It won't surprise me one bit if they get to the Superbowl this year. That said if they're up against the Eagles, than you know how that ends.

Will the multiple Pats players facing domestic assault and strangulation charges be eligible to play? I never can pin down when the NFL chooses to impose punishment or not

Rashee Rice probably happy the Chiefs missed the playoffs to keep the spotlight off him. I wonder how many Chiefs players will be wearing their "Free Rice" shirts next season? Such a classy organization.

I think I've figured out this season's script. Let's face it, it has been an abysmal year of football in terms of the on field product. Any other sport and most of us would have bailed. So this season's script has been about a test of the loyalty and devotion (and addiction) we have to the NFL. The playoffs will be the exact same, albeit more extreme:

CAR 19 LAR 17 (Rams with 6 turnovers)
CHI 20 GB 17 OT (Bears are down 17-0 with under 50 yards of offense to start the 4th)
JAX 28 BUF 27 (Bills miss the tying EP with under 30 seconds left)
PHI 6 SF 3 (Barely 200 yards combined)
LAC 20 NE 9 (Herbert gets sacked 10 times and it doesn't matter)
PIT 12 HOU 10 (Texans dominate the whole game, over 500 yards of offense, but no finish)

CAR 13 SEA 12 (Darnold with 5 INTs)
PHI 10 CHI 3 (Barely 175 yards combined)
LAC 24 DEN 8 (Bo Nix with negative passing yards with YAC removed)
JAX 17 PIT 12 (Rodgers trips over a COVID vaxx on the field with a wide open TD run with no time left)

CAR 7 PHI 6 (Barely 150 yards combined)
JAX 31 LAC 30 (Verbatim repeat of the 27-0 choke)

JAX 3 CAR 2 (Under 100 yards combined)

This playoffs separates the addicts from the rest, cause if anyone watches all of this they need rehab. But for how this season has gone, would be fitting.

As for actual picks lol...

LAR 27 CAR 16
CHI 20 GB 17 (OT) (This is the same as the script)
JAX 31 BUF 20
PHI 17 SF 7
LAC 22 NE 17
HOU 19 PIT 14

I'm torn with the Texans and their escape from the Saturday WC round first window invitational. Leaning more towards it being the springboard to a SB run. But hey something new at least for Texans fans.

Chicago should win considering home field, the injuries to key guys on the Pack, and their vaunted playoff winning history.

Well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

I do think they get this one though, as long as Caleb doesn't do his best Jay Cutler impression which there in no guarantee he won't.

Maybe you should let your punter do that instead of turning the ball over at midfield.

Couple of key moments already. Panthers D making a stop on 3rd and 1 and then the offense converting 2nd and 19 deep in their own zone

Rams ####ing around and keeping the Panthers in this. Last two minutes of the half was not good.

My god we need to ban gambling on tv.

These CTV/TSN cut ins during the broadcast are criminally bad and cringe. The fact it’s 90% gambling sponsored content makes it worse.

If they won’t ban gambling ads, this should be reason enough to ban sim subbing.

I know his voice sometimes goes weird, but I enjoy Greg Olsen colour so much more than Tommy B.

Pretty sure i heard that the Rams are the biggest road favorite in NFL playoff history.

Now they are in a battle just to win the game.
