I think Chucky was obviously playing through some kind of injury. Those comments from Johnny feel comforting but obviously we’ll have to wait and see what happens

The Flames site is also streaming live right now for what I'm assuming will be Treliving. Nobody up yet though but you see the table and mic set up.

I'm watching the sportsnet online feed and I don't think the reporters realize there's a live feed. Can hear pretty clearly conversations near the camera. So far nothing big.

So far Treliving seems to think the team didn't perform up to par. He's not pointing fingers at Sutter, but he's alluding to execution. I think he's right because on paper they should've been better than they showed.

But I don't think they had the right matchups to shut down McDavid. Arguably they don't have the speed to keep up with him on offence or defence and he seems to be in denial of that aspect.

Ahhhhh, Tre with the "process" trust the process fans, sponsors and other bag holders who keep paying the salaries and everything.

Sounds defensive considering this club had the same level of playoff success in 7 years ago with Jay Feasters Club while Tre was GM

^ Doesn't sound too defensive. I've generally soured on him for a couple years, but he's not doing the corporate drivel, and I think he's been generally thoughtful and reflective. Nothing to say positive or negative about what he's saying so far (too much one way or another). He's not sugar coating or being overly critical yet.

I hope a reporter has the balls to ask if they'll be looking at rebuilding. From the sounds of it doesn't look like it'll be a consideration this offseason as he thinks it was valuable experience.

Not very specific, but apparently Lucic, Mangiapane (wrist), Kylington (shoulder), Tkachuk (hand) all injured by round 2.

Yeah it was pretty clear he broke at least his pinky in one of the camera** shots they showed on the bench...or the lad just has a grossly disfigured pinky finger. He took his glove off and it was just "ewww".
