No. He was already suspended without pay for this season, so he carried no cap hit for 2019-20. If he had returned mid-season, there would have been cap implications, but he didn't.
With mutual termination, the contract is now over. It wasn't a buyout, so the Jets don't owe him anything more. The contract wasn't subject to any cap-recapture penalties and it wasn't a 35+ contract. Those are the only scenarios I can think of where a player who has had his contract terminated would still carry a cap hit.
