This gave me serious anxiety seeing this again. Whenever I go visit family in Hong Kong, I get anxiety about having to run to a public can and see this. I have bad experiences from these when I was a kid, and it still haunts me. I will literally hold and search for a normal toilet if I see this.

I worked at a multinational company in Malaysia and they covered all the bases in a single washroom: toilet with TP, toilet with hose, hole with hose, hole with TP. I had to wait for the right combo to be free

I miss those toilets, they make the standard ones in North America look barbaric in comparison. My ass felt like royalty after dropping a deuce in one
