Oh yeah sorry didn't mean that they were still there, I should have put "8 years ago" in there somewhere

Springfree opened up a store by Deerfoot Meadows where you can go try out their tramps. 6999 11 St SE, Calgary, AB T2H

Best tramp you can get, super safe and rock solid. I have the 10x10 and kids are out there every day in the summer.

How dare a store like this close at 5 pm on weekdays?!

We just bought one from the Springfree store. Getting delivered next week I think. Same price as Canadian Tire I believe. But the Springfree store had a promo for $99 delivery, set up, and 'free' step/ladder thing.

The $99 set up is totally worth it. I was sore for a week and had blisters on both hands from bending those fibreglass rods into their sockets. Three times actually, initial install, dismantle for move and reassembly. Never swore so much in my life. Then right after they open their store and offered the set up service.

These guys are great: http://www.play-factory.com/

I installed it in-ground, you can see it behind the swing set:

And seriously, spring free are total garbage unless you want your kids to not jump

Oh, and make sure you take it down every winter. People leave them up and the snow stretches the springs out, After 8 years my kids still had the best trampoline out of all their friends.

Wow, what a view. You need to host a CP BBQ dude.

Where is that, BTW? I've never wanted to live in the country ever until this pic.

We got ours at Play Factory. It wasn't cheap but it's been out in the yard for 8 years uncovered come snow, rail, hail, the dog and many kids. Still works great, no issues whatsoever.

We don't take ours down each fall. We just sweep the snow off after a heavy snowfall.

Well that pic was taken during testing when it was partially completed. We added two more swings and got all the chains cut to length. It's about 18 feet from the main beam to the ground. Feels like the pirate ship ride at the stampede when you really get going. It's taken the kids the past year to get good enough at it to get it going by themselves, so they are definitely growing into it. They just walk up and climb on.

It's a bit of a drive though. It's on a reservoir north of Pincher Creek. It gets windy often, 100km+ but we are hugely into wind surfing so it works for us.

In what way?

We have had ours for 5 years, it winters outside. I will say I do remove snow and ice from it.

The matt and pseudo spring system are sub optimal for amplitude.

And I bet your kids haven't out grown it yet, unlike the lower price less bounce tramps that only have enough game to last till about 12 years old and then it becomes boring.

Exactly. They've also done tramp at COP for dry land training and had no problem switching back to our home setup
