hasn't there been a couple of iterations of this thread that just devolved into some kind of Lord of the Flies type anarchy? I give this maybe 20 pages before someone starts saying really questionable stuff and it goes into lockdown.
that being said, I contribute: Adele. sure she's a good singer, but my lord, has anyone ever thought to themselves "you know...I feel like jamming to my fav tunes today. let's rock out to an hour of wailing about unrequited love!"

Came here to rant about Harry Potter. Tried to read the books twice before I had kids - genuine and honest efforts to enjoy them. Thought they sucked. Recently read the first book to my kids - it's even worse read out loud. J.K. Rowling is a terrible writer.
Other hates that everyone else likes:
Eggs - I love the idea of going out for breakfast. Who isn't hungry at 9 am for a tasty meal cooked by somebody else, especially when you're hung over? But I crack a breakfast menu and all I see is eggs, eggs, and more eggs. Yeah, I could get a side of bacon (love bacon), a side of hash browns (love has browns), a side of sausage (love sausage), and maybe some toast. But them I'm looking at $18, when I could just get the two egg special, that includes all that stuff for $12. So I get the two egg special, hold the eggs.
