If no luck, then try searching for the clan "the north wall" all lower case, and its a black/white shield with a cross. Approx 25 members, and you'll find me in there 'Robotiz'
You can keep the christmas trees year round if you don't cut them down. They only spawn at this time of the year. Every christmas theres been a different style of christmas tree. Unique decoration if you don't mind them around.
I have 3 on the outside as well (although as basically Max th9 that the only space open) and have been collecting gifts from two and leaving one. Do trees spawn gifts all year?
Trying to push to master is a lot different than farming with bam/barch which is all I ever did. Getting from 2500-2600 you really have to grind it out.. I usually boost everything and geek out for 2hrs hard here and there, not as fun when it takes 20+Mins to train troops even boosted (gowipe)

I've only been playing for around 3 months, but I think the trees will stop spawning gifts once the next update comes out, (the trees stay though)
Only 1195 Dark Elixir until I unlock the Barbarian King.
Maxed out TH9 and decided to push to see how far I could get, with Champions league being the ultimate goal. Have got to 3053 trophies, but running out of elixir. Switched from straight GoWiPe to Balloonion. One bad attack can set you back 2-3 hours. Frustrating game
Hopelessly addicted to this game. Damn you Supercell.
About 2/3 way through TH8, primarily doing Dark Elixir raids. Having a lot of success with 16 Giants, 12 Breakers, 8 Wiz, 2 Healer, the rest barbs & archers. Surprisingly easy to crack into the center of decent bases, if the breakers are done right.
Problem is I cannot find a base that's any good against the constant TH9 balloonion attacks. Trying to level up my Barb King to 10 and get some DE research done but it's tough to hold on to enough DE!
I think they've done a pretty good job of balancing this game out but I still think they could turn down the constant waiting, waiting, waiting in the higher levels. I know they're trying to monetize and encourage you to buy gems. I wouldn't even mind paying a bit but it's set up so that it's exorbitantly expensive to keep things moving at high levels.

DE is ridiculously rare vs upgrade costs at th10. Focusing on maxing my troops out, and I've just started doing my wizard towers/teslas at th10.. Walls are about 20% to lvl9.. The cost of which is another real gear grinder.
Good job on champs league though, I never trophy pushed, always farmed. Recently threw my th back inside and blasted to master, may push for champs just for the free 2000 gems.

Clan hashtag is #8L2G0YGL. We're not run by 13 year olds, but it started as our neighbors kids, and then the parents joined in to play/moderate. Then some school friends came, and then my brother (40 y/o).
Basically, the kids dont play anymore/rarely, so we are kicking them out and just want someone who doesnt mind doing the CW's with us.
We arent overly chatty, but it doesnt have the stupid kid chat either..
