Tell you what... maybe i will come up with a CalgaryPuck code word and when #### hits the fan we will make some room for select posters!

Hahaha a CP code word. That's hilarious. I'll start my journey from the Lower Mainland now. How much room in that abandoned mine shaft?
In all seriousness, if something happened (which it won't because it's just a shifting of astrological ages), I'm extremely unprepared and am in grave danger.
Reasons why I'm sure to die right away:
- I live about 40 ft. from the TransCanada Highway (a major route, so when people can't go any further, they'll loot my place).
- Pretty sure this old dump is going to fall apart any second.
- Only have about half a dozen canned goods.
- No weapons other than makeshift melee weapons.

All those chickens and no tambourine? For shame.

Nuka-Cola caps? They'll be the new currency. Good plan.

Crap. Didn't think about that. Sounds like a good time for a one week hiatus from social media.

I'm horribly unprepared in my house...but I have plans a least.
I'll get close to a cop and move in with him. He'll have his place locked down tighter than Fort Knox and could probably sneak me some equipment if I asked. Society won't fall apart overnight, so it's best to try sneak stuff under the table until things truly go to pot. Imagine how far ahead you'd get with riot gear, a standard firearm, and some friends willing to help you out if it comes down to the total decomposition of society.
Failing that, I'll go to the Glenbow Museum and yank some heavy armour and a blunt melee weapon. While everyone and their cat are going to raid gun stores, which will either be already overrun or guarded by the owner, I'll have my selection of heavy armour, shield, and blunt instrument of destruction. Not great against people, but if the Mayan end of the world involves zombies it isn't so bad. Find a few friends and we'll have ourselves a great time in Roman squares or Greek phalanx formations. This also has the nice advantage that I'm heading into town while everybody is trying to get out in some sort of mega-rush hour.
I'd band together with some people and return to the human nomadic state. People are designed to wander, with our static environment being a consequence of society. Once society breaks down, roads are nothing more than walkways. Forts are nice and all, but if you're surrounded, it's nothing more than a deathtrap.
Until then, I've got nothing but goalie equipment and cleavers (or field and ice hockey sticks)

In the event of an apocalypse there is only one thing to do. Find Will Smith. He seems to know what to do.
