I'm a huge fan of fatty meats. I'm just saying the pork is wasted on bacon when it could be cooking something else way more yummy!

Yes, but bacon comes from the belly, the only alternatives to bacon are side pork, or fatyy a$$ ground pork/ sausage meat. Bacon is by far the best thing to come out of a hogs belly .
