Thames can't handle balls in the air or balls on the ground, but other than that, he's ok.

Hutchinson only has 6 innings above A ball. 21 year odl with a bright future but KC has seen his stuff now and it's getting ugly

Lawrie bobbled that or else that could have been another triple play. Sucks to see him not get out of the inning with the lead.

Dear god Farrel...why was Hutchinson still in the ball game?! Just having Oliver up and waiting for the lefty matchup was just idiotic

yeah I don't like that.

Especially now he's in a position to lose.. take him out 1 batter earlier and he can only win or get ND.

Meh, I really don't put much stock into W/L's for a pitcher, guess it would have been nice for hime to get a Win, which now that Oliver got out of it, he still can. I just thought it was pretty obvious Hutchinson had lost it the inning before.

The 5th rotation spots remains to be a big question mark.

Yes! Oliver gets the job done. Good debut for Hutch.

Let's get an insurance run to avoid any type of possible drama in the 9th, which my heart can't take

Not the 3 hitters you'd like to see vs a lefite though. Lind, EE and Thames.
