I think it's going to be the best comic book movie of the summer, despite Chris Evans. I have yet to see anything negative, corny, or unrealistic (grain of salt please) in the previews or news about the movie.
Can't wait! Wish we had advance screenings in Moose Jaw! lol, they aren't even bringing in the 3D, thanks Harry Potter.

The lady who gave Captain America a bad review also thought X-Men: First Class wasn't good either.
She also thought Horrible Bosses wasn't funny but thought Due Date was.
Exactly why it doesn't have the right feel for me.
Chris Evans.
Ah, I get it. Threatened by his hotness, are you?

Damnit all I hear is Chris Evans this, Chris Evans that. "Why can't you look like Chris Evans?" Chris Evans! CHRIS EVANS!!
Well, now you know how us ladies felt when Megan Fox came into our lives. Megan this, Megan that. You'll learn to deal with it.
Also - I knew who Captain America was prior to this movie coming out. I just so happen to think the guy playing him is a really hot, albeit terrible, actor. However, I think this is the kind of movie that he might be better in, just because it's not all about acting, but more about one liners and personality, that kind of thing.

I can't wait for this movie. Also Chris Evans isn't the worst actor. He was really good in Sunshine.
Well, that was pretty bad. Very few redeemable qualities in this movie. I just felt really bored by it all. The story was dull, there was no good dialogue and I can get over that with some decent action and visuals, but there was nothing out of the very ordinary.
I thought Hugo Weaving might make up for some of this movie's downfalls, but I just didn't care about him whatsoever. Found him really boring.
And no secret after credits Avengers teaser scene. 2/3rds of the theatre I was in stayed and all let out a collective "WHAT THE F#*#" when the screen went black.
The only word I can use to describe this is boring. 4/10 at best.

WTF? This is satire right?
I liked it. Not as good as First Class though. But was bummed about the lack of a teaser too.

Not even close to being in First Class' territory.
I really did not like this movie. I couldn't wait for it to end.
The only redeemable part of the movie was the very last minute or two. Not going to spoil anything, but you know what i'm talking about. Just found that stuff the most interesting.
Like I said, i can excuse the movie's faults if the action and visuals were decent, but it did nothing for me here. Ooohh, he throws his shield at people, that got played out after the first 18 times he used the shield as a weapon. I also counted 5-6 times where he gets separated from the shield and there's a camera shot of him grabbing it and with this crescendo of music that was just really lame. We get it, your shield is important. I was just bored by it all and I was in the right mood for a movie like this.
And the 3D was totally unnecessary and made everything look extremely fake. It added NOTHING to the experience. Probably made it worse.
just my opinion.

Location: In a land without pants, or war, or want. But mostly we care about the pants.

Duh, every half-intelligent man should know to just think about Megan Fox during sex and otherwise claim to think she looks skanky and not at all attractive.
As far as the movie goes - if VanFlamesFan thinks it sucks, I might give it a shot.

Yes the 3D was a waste. I can't believe you hate this movie and yet give fellatio to Transformers on a daily basis.

Like I said, I can accept the faults of Transformers(and there were many) because it came with great action and great visuals and an overall fun experience. Captain America didn't have the fun experience to outshine its bad characters, brutal dialogue and slow pace. I didn't like Captain America because I was bored by it. I didn't hate it. It's not on my all time worst list. But 5/10 is an average movie and I thought this movie was below average, so 4/10.
