No, but he really should go.
He could use the chance to play with highly skilled young guys to get his game back.
Perfect candidate honestly, I’m shocked he’s declined

He's never gonna live up to that contract. And now he's getting an invite to the Worlds? What a surprise. Who in their right mind would want a floater like him, making a mockery of the sport on their squad?

I don't hate him, but I wish he'd go. But it's a fact that while there are exceptions, veterans usually don't go. Now, TBF, a lot of those guys have families and I don't believe he does.

Is Weegar going to go again this year? He had a good tournament last year.

huberdeau should go and if he was serious about getting his career back where it's paid to be he would.
The man is semi-retired at this point and checked out though.

Andre Tourigny will be the head coach for Team Canada, with Steve Ott, Dean Evason and Jay Woodcroft as assistants.

I am really surprised Gaudreau's wife gives him permission to go to the World Championship and away from his beloved family for like a month.

Man, I love Prague. What a fantastic city.

It's in Prague, highly doubt she won't be there as will most of the players wives.
