I would have traded Honzek+wolf for Michkov if that were available. But it was probably more than that. Top 5 picks don't get traded.

I found it interesting that after Philly drafted Michkov, one of the commentators said that the Flyers just recently found out that they were a team Michkov would play for. It made me think about how much of what is said in pre-draft interviews plays a roll in whom teams draft and how enthused the players seem that your team is interested. Anyone could have drafted Michkov and called his bluff if there are only a few teams he would play for, but they could be setting themselves up for hurt later.
