Itse, I do take exception to the non-Croatian goal. The keeper launched himself into the player, not the other way. And there was so little contact, mostly after the goalie already botched the cross.
Hasn't been mentioned yet and apologies for dwelling on yesterday but look at the eyes, consider that the ball is nowhere close and tell me that isn't intentional. Seen reds given for a lot less.

Borderline, agreed. I thought it was the right call though. A tough call, but the right call.
Again, this isn't hockey, just because he gave Brazil an "easy" penalty doesn't mean he should have given Croatia a pass
Quite the opposite actually. The ref called a consistently tight by-the-book game.

I agree with everything you said but there was nothing there for it to be a foul. Olic kept his arms down and he had every right to that ball, especially since he had position on the keeper.
Unfortunately for Croatia all the 50-50 calls (if they can be called that) went in Brazil's favour
Oh he's never had problems going forward. Actually, the thing with BAE is he'll look relatively competent for most of the game and then just absolutely meltdown at the worst time.
I tend to side with keepers and defenders, probably because that's largely where I have played in the past. For me it should have never been a penalty, a yellow given for diving, and a foul on the Croatian for contacting the keeper before he gets his head to the ball.
