Ohtani for Bichette and Guerrero.

Would the Jays do it?
-you could argue Ohtani is an equally valuable hitter to Bo
-basically you are trading Vladdy for an elite pitcher (the hitting value of Bo and Sho would somewhat equal out)
- this would have to include a signing of Ohtani. And that money would likely equal what we would have had to resign Bo and Vladdy for combined
-Jays can still sign a free agent hitter to fill the lineup gap

Would the Angels do it?
- lose their superstar (who’s leaving anways) but gain two very young, marketable and controllable star players
- middle of the lineup with Bo, Vlad and Trout would be formidable
- have the option to either re sign these guys or flip them for further assets down the road

Total fantasy and would be the largest blockbuster of all time. But was fun to think about, even though very very little chance something like that could work.

Jays fans- you do that if you’re Atkins?
I'd do it, but I don't think ownership would. Ohtani is about to get the biggest contract in baseball history because he is essentially 2 different elite players.

Apparently twitter has suspended the use of twitter API so they can't send out scorecards. Noticed the same thing with the would it dong account.

At the game again today. The feel is that the HP ump is out to lunch again today. Any truth to that? Especially on those Chappy AB's

Not really. He's been pretty good from what I've seen.

Enjoy!! I just got back from being down on Church Street the whole afternoon for Pride. You should check it out after the game if you're looking for something to do - it's a party!
