Markstrom they missed peak return at the deadline with New Jwesey I think, but should be able to get an okay return still.

I wouldn’t give up much for Mangiapane either. I’m still hoping Markstrom get a protected 25 1st.

I don't think Bread is worth much really. Markstrom definitely worth more but not nearly what some here think (just my opinion).

I despise Frank but the one thing he usually is pretty accurate about is predicting trade value.

I want to like Frank, but there are absolutely moments where you see the kind of person he probably is. Ever listen to him and Jason Gregor do their podcast? Frank comes across as a bully and when you make me feel sorry for Gregor, or anyone associated with the Oilers, you know you're doing something wrong.

All that said, I listen to him / read his work for the NHL information not for the morality.

Only way i take those two is if that 15 is attached. Veleno could still amount to a bottom end forward. Matta is a bottom pair defender. 2nd in a deep draft is great but i just dont think the value is there with giving up a versatile young winger.

i think you misunderstood. I meant 15 for sharangovich one for one. I think 15 is pretty fair value, maybe a b prospect. Prices dont seem to be what they used to be.

No, I understood perfectly. 15 is not enough straight across. This is a young 30 goal scorer who can drive a line, and play all three forward positions.

In ~9 months he'll be worth a 1st and a prospect. Why would we take a 1st for him now?
