330 feet is Cat6
a, not Cat6 which is half of that (it's down to the extra shielding of Cat6a cable). You'll
probably be fine with Cat6, but I tend to err on the side of caution with this sort of thing.
Gotcha, LOS would not work so well when it's getting blocked by trees and such. Again, you could do high powered wireless mesh APs, but then again, a cable works too.
