Check your math. He is on his 2nd best season in the last 4 yrs
In his career, Lindholm really only have 2 outstanding years. He is capable doing it again but not without a hot star line mate
If Lindholm is the best on the line, the line is not very good

Changing Sutter maybe gets Huberdeau going but at what cost? You're not getting a better coach in exchange.

Plenty of better coaches than sutter.

You want to really see a lost team, let the above play out.

See, this is the issue right here, all fans see are the names and the stats and they think, this is a stacked roster which just sets their expectations all out of whack. Team building isn’t a video game, there’s are a lot of nuances in this ridiculous game and Huberdeau was not a good fit with this group and system from day 1.
It was so obvious to me from the day they acquired him that it was an experiment destined to fail. Treliving assembled a team that’s built to “check for their chances.” Every coach from Gulutzan, to Peters, to Ward and now to Sutter has echoed this phrase and Huberdeau is not this type of player, he’s the exact opposite and I’m shocked management didn’t see that.
I know for myself personally, I’m really not that surprised with how this season has unfolded because this is exactly what I thought this team would be, a bubble playoff team and sometimes bubble playoff teams miss the playoffs. There will definitely have to be some big changes in the offseason because next season will likely unfold exactly like this season has. It’s been consistently the same types losses over and over and over and it’ll just likely extend itself into next season as well.

Yes , Treliving obviously knew or suspected there is a problem but lack the courage to sell high
These little things add up

At 10.5 million dollars Huberdeau should be the one carrying this team. It shouldn't be up to his wingers to make this happen. Besides, Kadri is not a fit. He's a puck hog. I'm not even sure that Lindholm would make Huberdeau much better. Huberdeau is supposed to be the super star. Do you honestly think any of the other multi-million dollar player in this league would take this long to get going. By the time they build a team around him, his best before date will have passed, if it hasn't already.

I thought Peters was going to be a good coach for a while for us but it turned out he was a racist.
Coach Q is better but it turns out he's a terrible person as well.
This list isn't going very well.

So they get paid big bucks to make them feel good. I thought it was for performance. Plus, I haven't heard anything that says they hate Sutter.

Nobody is going to come out to say that now until he is gone
All you have to do is watch how they played the last 3 games when they really need the point

I think Mitch Love should be given the reigns. Especially if we are going to graduate Wolf and Zary.
We need a coach to grow with the team. Maybe some research into why Bednar and Cooper workes out so well and look to have logevtiy.
These band aid solutions like Ward and Sutter will not work for the long term.
That's why it was unfortunate what happened with Peters.
We also need to figure out why after two of our most successful season the team panicked and changed styles pf play the following season because of a bad playoff. Is this something coming down from the GM? Owners? Why are we going from great offensive seasons to complete crap and misery.
Look at Tampa they kept the offensive numbers up just got a bit more grit with Coleman and Goodrow.
I don't know if they ask why enough.

Didn’t Regehr say the other night that Sutter had lost the room? Maybe he’s just assuming too or maybe he has some personal knowledge here plus connections. There is certainly a lot of smoke hinting at that. But I agree we won’t hear the details until he is no longer with the org.

I'd say Dube, Backlund, Coleman and even Mangiapane (play driving, equal on ice goal production) and Lewis up front.
I think Hanifin, Andersson, Tanev, Weegar and Zadorov on the blueline have all been good ... maybe not 100% consistent good, but good.

I mean Matthew Tkachuk has pretty much said everything without saying a word that he hated Sutter.
I've had some information passed to me that a lot of players especially Lindholm dislike Sutter. I mean you don't need anyone to tell you that you just see it in the players faces and performance it's a toxic work environment he has created.
