Years ago, the Singapore Sam's on 32nd Ave was shut down for doing that.
The story I heard was that the health inspectors went in undercover and sprayed their leftover food with a chemical that glowed under black light. Then, they went back a short while later with a black light, and shut them down on the spot when the buffet glowed.

The Deadpool movie.
Think the jokes were taken from an unused Ace Ventura sequel.

Most organic matter in general glass under a black Light. It would have glowed regardless of additives

Parmesean cheese smells like puke to me, and I gag every time I smell it. That stuff is nasty. Its worse than people microwaving fish IMO.

Elliotte Friedman. You're closer to Perez Hilton than to a real journalist. Get over yourself.

I'm not sure how they did it, but it was something that allowed them to identify that the food was being reused.

Sounds like an old wives tale to me. I've never been apart of that industry though, so who knows, I guess.

Or was an urban legend.
There's little doubt that it happens in some of these restaurants, but at the tale is told things change a bit.

They were definitely shut down for re-using food. I don't know the details of how they were caught.

Has anyone said Avatar yet? Because Avatar.
That movie sucked out loud.
Which, coincidentally, I think is exactly what I said last time.

I fell asleep both times I tried to watch it. I still don't know how it turns out, nor do I care.

Do people still like Avatar? For the highest-grossing movie of all time, it really seems to have disappeared from the pop-culture landscape.
It will be interesting to see how the sequel does.

Video games of today. Maybe it's just me getting older, but the only games I derive any enjoyment out of these days are the NHL series and Civilization 4 and 5. I will still play old school games like Final Fantasy Tactics and older Nintendo games, but that's it. For me, new games lack the charm, the soul if you will, of the older ones. They seem so formulaic and streamlined, I just can't get into them. It's like the developers follow a paint by numbers-esque scheme when coming up this stuff, it's just... boring. The worst was Fallout 4. I can't believe how much they've butchered the legacy of the original series. It's just a totally different game, you can't even be evil and the level up system is dumbed down and boring. Most expensive coaster I've ever bought.

The Lord of the Rings movies were so very bad. Peter Jackson essentially took a gigantic deuce on the source material. Just terrible.

I hate the guy and always have. Everyone seems to treat him and his opinions like he is some genius when all he ever did well was be a hockey PLAYER. I love how he failed as a coach.

Hate is a pretty strong word but I harbour a pretty serious dislike for Naheed Nenshi, Rachel Notley, and Justin Trudeau.
Yep, all of them.
