But in court cases, you don't say "BATMAN VERSUS SUPERMAN". You would read it as "Batman and Superman". Maybe that's the clue? Perhaps the two start out a fussin' and a feudin' but come together in the end to form a team of super heroes. A super team, if you will. Or maybe it goes the other way and there's some kind of falling out. Who knows. DC Comics are lame.
The only place I've ever seen "v" used instead of "vs" for "versus" is in court cases, so I can only assume the plot of the movie will be Wayne Enterprises suing Superman for the damage caused to their properties in Metropolis during the big battle at the end of Man of Steel.
BATMAN V. SUPERMAN -- A tense courtroom drama, coming in 2016!
Its a shame Gregory Peck cant reprise his role as Atticus Finch. We'll have to suffice with him instead:

If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.
I don't know anything about Wonder Woman. Is she as boring as Superman?
Yes, which is actually why a movie of hers won't work. DC has a ton of really interesting female characters that could make a good movie. Wonder Woman is not one of them.
Holy crap! I wonder if they could fit anymore brown in there? Has DC ever heard of colour?
With the Nolan Batman, and the previous Man of Steel, it looks they want a more muted, darker image then what Marvel is doing... I actually the "darker" image myself
