The walks are the biggest concern I see on that list. That's 53 walks in 100 IP, can't give that many free bases to any team, let alone good teams.
The fact that they are carrying 6 SP, means they are down 1 RP, which means more IP for the RP that already have a lot of innings under their belts. Jays have the 5th most IP by the bullpen in the AL at 485:
White Sox 525.1 IP
Athletics 519.0 IP
Twins 503.1 IP
Tigers 501.2 IP
Blue Jays 485.0 IP
Orioles 480.0 IP
Not sure if it's because the rotation is really old, or if the Jays just have a quick hook on the starters, but putting that much wear and tear on the bullpen might come back to haunt them in the post season.
