I believe you could fly one. Landing or take off on the other hand...

I unequivocally endorse Sliver flying the very first helicopter he can get his hands on.

Doubt even that. Put the average person in a plane in straight level flight and they can likely fly it and make a few turns and talked into a landing. Give them a helo and they crash it, probably quickly. Those things are death machines.

I imagine something like this within the first 5 minutes of attempting to get off the ground.

I see there is a "Value Village Boutique" on Stephen Ave now, where Sport Chek used to be.
Is this just a normal Value Village?
Or are the items specially curated for the downtown crowd? eg) They pillage higher value brand name items and sell them there

Would not be surprised at all to learn you have this “flight trainer” in your garage

And he'd continue to have it coin-operated.

I think the concept is that its high end stuff, but, after going there a couple times, I haven't really seen it.

There is no such thing as high end men's used clothing. We wear our stuff to oblivion. (there is one store in Inglewood that has some stuff, but it's very little).
My wife has found brand new dress pants for $10 at Goodwill. I dunno what women do. Like why wouldn't you just return them?

For ####'s sake somebody convince Apple to open a store there. The two stores in Calgary are too goddamned busy.

Kinda surprised no one in here talking about the ridiculous lineups at the new chick fil a that just opened here. I will never understand waiting in line for 3hrs for fast food, any restaurant really.

It should be studied. This version of the phenomenon is uniquely Canadian and probably the fault of how much American media they consume without actually having direct access to American culture, imo.
You can pretty much bet that if any mediocre American chain or brand comes to Canada it’s going to have a crazy line.
Though Jollibee kind of made me question whether it was just American chains. That place is extremely disgusting.

I wouldn't say it's uniquely Canadian either. I've seen news stories of places with lines going around the block when a big well-known brand opens its first location in a new city/state in the US and in Europe.
