Oh, please. Each Wildrose pledge has been backed by a positive ad.

And if you want really flowery...

Right back at you:

You've just ignored the positive commercials though, they're not all negative. I can see why (because they're boring and not as notable), but that doesn't mean that they don't exist. Where are all of the positive, butterfly and lollipop Wildrose commercials? Maybe there's still time for a starving family to open their $300 cheque and have a couple of weeks of food before the close of polls tomorrow? (don't get upset...that commercial would be awesome, and I think anyone would agree!)
I can't ignore what they aren't going out of their way to put out there. Certainly on the 100+ times I've seen PC ads while watching the playoffs, I've yet to see an ad that starts with anything but an attack. That is all I've seen them put on TV.
So glad this is over tomorrow, I'm sick of the damn phone calls interrupting the playoffs. Also, how long do I have to wait before calling for signs to be removed? And is it 4-1-1 I call? Or another number?
I never said the PCs didn't put out anything positive; it was suggested the Wildrose wasn't.
Sorry, you're right. I confused you with Resolute 14, who posted:

Like I said, their commercials leave me with the impression that they don't believe they can bring Redford up over their opponents.

I just got robo-called that Calgary-Varsity is a race between Wildrose and the Liberals which goes against what 308 is showing. This makes sense since it was a Liberal seat and Bruce Payne ran for the leadership. The call also encouraged voting to prevent a minority. I don't know if that was a tactic or if internal polling is really showing that to be a possibility.
I really think 308 seat and riding projections have to be taken with a huge grain of salt.
I haven't once gotten a robocall or any other call since the election was called except for a call from WR asking if I could donate money. Call me lucky I guess.
But then maybe the other parties have just called off the dogs are just conceding defeat since I live in Smith's riding.

Awesome...so who you calling in the election?

So far all of the PC adds during hockey game have been negative. The worst one being the firewall around alberta add. Havent noticed any wildrose adds yet. On the radio going to get pizza there was 1 positive WR add and 1 negative PC add.
So on the day before the election the PCs appear to be more negative than the WR
Hard to believe the the Wildrose raised well over 1/2 million dollars more than the PC's during the election considering the huge sums that the PC's generally attract from businesses. That would have been inconceivable a year ago.
After not getting any robocalls ever, I got robocalled by all three major parties over the weekend; the PCs take the cake, however--they called me on three separate occasions. Wild Rose called once and the Liberals once more.
I feel loved, but I've decided to up the ante. First party to mow my lawn gets my vote.
I went looking for the Liberal Party ads but their YouTube channel only has ads from four years ago. Come to think of it, I haven't seen any Liberal ads.

I dont think they have the money to get into that side of campaigning...its an expensive proposition.
We have had four robocalls today (Liberals, WRP, two from PC). Just got one now right before 9pm. Can't wait for this to be over.
