Check out the website: http://www.kre-alkalyn.net/ This is the brand I have been using for a few months however they do have a knock off GNC brand which is a bit cheaper.
I don't normally believe everything I hear or read but I have found better results and can have my morning OJ without worrying about the acid content in my stomach getting too high.
Some people live and die by Creatine which is fine I just find this easier and if I am getting what seems to be better results then great.

The best way to get in shape is to get aides.

Pasta. Olive oil. Nuts. Drink lots of whole milk.
If you just stick to meat, fruits and vegetables it's really hard to take in a lot of calories.

Whole milk as opposed to 1% or skim? I can never have more excuses to have pasta
Thanks for the info
(Thanks for the recommed to HOOT too, I'm gonna have to give that a try. It sounds like Creatine might be bad for me since I had some tearing in my stomach lining a few months ago)

Yes. Creatine can be toxic to your body because of the levels you have to take it to see maximum results. If you stuck with what was on the bottle you would see a difference but not as much if you doubled, tripled that dose. But with that comes the dangers of worst case hurting your liver and kidney.
It definitely made me feel stronger, like I could do just one more set. I was lifting more weight once I switched and it just gave this burn to the areas you were working.
Do some research on Kre-Alkalyn and I think you would be surprised on how many say it is the best Creatine out there because it is already broken down; 1g of Kre-Alkalyn = 10g Creatine.

HOOT, one of the things about creatine is they suggest drinking a lot of water, does the same go for when you take Kre-Alkalyn? I am going to research it, but I am just curious on this question for right now.

Not as much just your regular 8 cups a day. The nice thing to is Kre-Alkalyn doesn't hold water like Creatine.

To be honest (no disrespect) I disagree completely. There have been multiple studies (I'll see if I can find them) That Kre-Alyn is not bunk per say, but is no more effective than regular monohydrate. Infact, it is basically mono bonded with some soda ash (or something weird like that, something basic)... you could (in theory) get the same effects from having mono with baking soda. It degraded at the same rate as creatine monohydrate into creatanine.
The big myth with mono is that you need to load and take 10grams per day or something like that. 2-5grams of mono shown to optimally saturate creatine stores, loading is also basically a waste..
IMO with ALL supplements, the biggest reason why they work is placebo. I'm 100% guilty of this too. Again, I'll see if I can find the studies.

Okay so worse case scenario you get the same results but in pill form instead of carrying around another drink. Everyone has an opinion on supplements it is hard to get two of the same answer.
Try both see which one you find works for you.

agreed 100%. I actually have a few containers of it in bulk, so I am using it at the moment. hahaha. It definitely works... I would just for whatever you can get that is cheapest... which is generally mono, and that is the most studied form, by far.

I've been getting leaner simply by not drinking. I drank way too much a couple of weeks ago, and now the sight of booze makes me want to hurl. The benefits are that I'm losing weight now.

You mean creatine which is naturally produced in ones body? Albeit in smaller doses...

The only non-naturally produced chemical that I put into my body is alcohol.
