I can understand tying those jerseys to King and his legacy, but they have been around for 13 years. That in and of itself is the legacy.

FINALLY.
This was an obvious move that happened about five years too late at least...but credit to the org for making a good change. Can't believe we had to suffer through ass ugly jerseys for 13 full years. Luckily nothing of note really happened during those years anyway, burn the tape and let's move forward with these beauties.

I never saw the point of the flags. Two teams already feature a maple leaf and one of them is actually named the Maple Leafs.

Super excited to have retro whites back.
Our retros are some of the best uniforms in the history of the NHL imo.

Honestly I kind of wish they put the retro colorway of this as a shoulder patch on the Home / Away set.
Would have been a slight update to the retro jerseys that wouldn't have hurt the jersey, but would have made it stand out a little as something "new".
BC-Chris did this and it looked sharp.
