Good stuff Gillies. Swallow that up.
Really like the idea of bennett on top line RW. Gaudreau have double the pleasure, double the fun now of guys he has great Chemistry with. also give monahan a chance to play a bit higher.

At the beginning of the year Gulutzan said that he thought Bennett would be the one player that would have a breakout year. Then he puts him on the third line for 60 games.

The thing is, there are a number of guys who can slide in with Johny and Mony and the moment a slump hits for that 3rd guy, a new guy should be rolling in. Whether it’s Hamilton on the PP or a line change, the coaching staff is very stubborn to prove their way will work. Or they try it for a shift or 2 mid game and when no chemistry is there they can now say they tried it and go back to before.
