My wife and kids are back home in Chilliwack, and she just posted on FB about watching the game.
My wife... My wife who HATES HOCKEY stayed up late at night to watch a hockey game... without me...

the way the flames collapse down low in the D end and then swoop in on rebounds and transition is amazing.
anyone else hear Hughson losing his total homerism in the third .It's like this team is infectious , we're taking over baby!

Loved Bennett's game.
Best part was when he probably should have picked up the loose puck coming around the Canucks net, but instead tried to take Bieksas head off (I think it was Bieksa?)
18 years old, playing in his 2nd NHL game, highly skilled, and he's trying to run someone over. He's going to be a serious a-hole to play against.

During that shift from Joe my buddy says "Doesn't it feel like Calgary should score here?" and then bam! So awesome. Honestly didn't think we played that well, spurts here and there. But we were the better team down the stretch. So much fun!

I thought so too at first, but on slow-mo replay it didn't look like it. Pretty sure Stajan tagged up and the other 2 forwards were out of the zone as well.
