Yeah, I'm not buying that unless they get Bradford to restructure. There's just no cap space to make that move.

The Bucs are spending this free agency cleaning up the disaster that was their 2014 free agency. Anthony Collins got 5 years and $30 million....cut after one year. Michael Johnson got 5 years and $43 million...cut after one year. And their other FAs have mostly been disappointed to terrible as well. A reminder that free agency is as much of a crapshoot as the draft.

Andre Johnson to the Colts is Official! I like these FA signings they've made with Cole, Johnson, Gore, Langford. Need a good safety still by all accounts.

I'd be very surprised if he ended up an Eagle. Have to figure he will command as much if not more than what McCoy was slated to make.

Wouldn't make any sense. I'd have to think that's just the Eagles trying to drive up the price for the Cowboys.

Sounds like they're putting together quite the dream team.

So as a football neophyte, how big is the loss of Unger? I'm aware he was pretty good and the o-line played better with him, but is that going to be easily replaceable? Wouldn't the addition of Graham, a guy who doesn't block, make no difference if there is less room for Lynch and less time for Wilson?

I don't follow the NFL enough to know how dreamy the team is they're putting together but I do know they're addressing the right weaknesses.

Running back has been a thorn in Indy's side since Faulk. They've had some serviceable RB's since but I'm hoping that Gore will be that dynamic addition even if he's in his 30's. EDIT: Forgot Edgerin James too.

Johnson should fill Wayne's absence nicely. the added size is a benefit.

All Indy needs is Wilfork and Antrel Rolle and they become The U North.

Sooooo happy with the Johnson signing. With Reggie gone, we needed that veteran receiver and Johnson provides that and he can still produce. Luck will have a lot of weapons this year.....the most that he has ever had: Hilton, Johnson, Gore, Fleener, Allen, Moncrief, Carter. Looking good. Now just sign another defensive player. I hope Fairley comes here (he was in Cincinnati visiting). Then I'd trade up and pick safety Collins in the draft.

I like the Eagles signing Mathews. He has injury concerns but he is a good back.

@CharlesRobinson
DeMarco Murray top choice is #Eagles. The #Raiders & #Jaguars trail. NFL source doesn't believe Jacksonville has or will offer a big deal.

I'm going to be pissed if signing Mathews ends up being the reason the Eagles don't get Murray. I just don't see how the cap situation makes it work. The Eagles are currently projected with $10M in cap space after all their recent moves. Add the $6M for draft picks and that leaves them with $4M for Murray unless they start restructuring deals or cutting guys. They've said they're keeping DeMeco Ryans and his $6.9M cap hit (which is absurd), so the only other guy they could cut and save money on is Celek and his $4.8M cap hit, but he's their only blocking TE on the roster at the moment.

Glad Ryan Mathews is gone from SD! Would love if the Chargers could get in the DeMarco mix but I don't see it. I see them targeting a RB in the draft

Philly Fan: expect a lot of fumbles, tackles for a loss, some more fumbles, and an injury from Mathews. This guy is about as durable as Sami Salo was

I've had Mathews on my fantasy team 3 out of the last 4 years. I'm well aware.

NFL Network (Ian Rapoport) said that the Chargers were the team who offered Andre Johnson the most money, but he chose the Colts.

I wonder who San Diego will target now. It seems like they wanted a receiver. Lots of receivers still available.

They signed pass rusher Trent Cole from the Eagles, Langford from the Rams, and Robert Mathis who was their best defensive player (and one of the top 2 in the league) in 2013 is back after missing all of 2014. Is the defense the strong point? No. But they are better. They should use the 1st round pick and trade up for Collins (safety). I agree with you that the defense needs to better but they have gotten some players.
